Upon placing an order, the website reserves a ticket for the selected tour and is entitled to payment for the Services.

The Kochi Heritage Project disclaims any guarantees regarding the exactness of the finish and appearance of the final tour/service/product as ordered. The quality of any services or information obtained through the website may not meet your expectations. Alterations to certain aspects of your order may be necessary due to availability limitations. In such cases, a representative from The Kochi Heritage Project will contact you via the email address or WhatsApp number you provided when placing your order.

• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time for all scheduled tours and activities.
• Be responsible for your personal belongings during tours and experiences.

In such cases, The Kochi Heritage Project will notify Users as soon as possible and may offer rescheduling or alternative arrangements.

In the event of any disputes arising from services provided by The Kochi Heritage Project, all claims must be directed to Timeless Experiences LLP. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Kochi will have exclusive jurisdiction.
