✪ Traveller Tips

Since it’s a meal experience and we would be trying out a wide range of food, it’s advised to eat light before joining the experience.
Non-vegetarian dishes hold pride of place in Syrian Christian cooking. This experience won't be suitable for vegetarians.
This experience can be added on with our Fort Cochin experiences.

✪ Mandates

Photography is permitted. Videography is not permitted. If you are a researcher, guide, a travel writer, or a blogger, kindly request consent from the Organizer before the tour.
You will be served refreshments / meals (if applicable) in places that follow hygiene and sanitary guidelines approved by The Kochi Heritage Project.
Inform the storyteller of any food restrictions that may affect you before starting the tour, including, without limitation, food allergies, dietary restrictions and any other health concerns.

✪ Cancellation & Refund Policy

100% advance payment confirms your booking. Cancel 7 or more days before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations 7 to 3 days before carry a 50% fee, and within 3 days (or a no-show) carry a 100% fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and follows the same cancellation rules. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–14 working days, minus any payment-gateway charges.
All experiences run rain or shine. If we cancel for weather, safety or any operational reason, you get a full refund or an exchange.
