Forgotten Cochin | Ernakulam

A Culinary Journey Through Cochin’s Warped Timeline

This is not just a dinner — it’s an immersive, multi-sensory journey through Kochi’s layered past. Set in an evocative, thoughtfully curated space in the heart of the city, this seven-course experience brings to life the hidden histories, lost recipes, and cultural crossroads that shaped the flavours of Kerala.

Each course is inspired by a forgotten tale — of spice traders and seafarers, of colonial encounters and local legends. Through innovative plating, ambient soundscapes, interactive storytelling, and artful design, guests are invited to explore the city’s maritime, colonial, and indigenous legacies in a way that is intimate, theatrical, and deeply delicious.

Whether you’re a history lover, a culinary explorer, or simply someone seeking a night unlike any other, Forgotten Cochin promises a feast for the senses — a playful, powerful reimagining of Kerala’s food heritage that will linger long after the final course.
